Policies & Procedures

Payment & Fees

All orders require a non-refundable 50% deposit. If a deposit is not received within 48 hours after your invoice is sent, your order request will be considered void to vacate your preferred date to other customers who intend to order. Payment balances are due 48 hours prior to pickup/delivery of your order.

Orders must be placed at least 2 weeks in advance and 4-6 weeks for large scale events. Orders placed outside the indicated time frame will be considered rush orders and incur a 10-25% surcharge.

Refunds & Cancellations

Orders cancellations for any reason must be made at least one week in advance to your confirmed order date. Customers who fail to cancel in time will not be able to use their nonrefundable deposit toward a future order.

We do not issue refunds. In the rare event that you are unhappy with your order, please contact us at hello@floralandwhisk.com so we can “bake” things right!

Design

Part of what makes our business and brand unique is that all of our cakes are handmade and bespoke— no two designs are ever the same! Please be aware that order requests including cake inspiration photos will be executed according to our unique creative interpretation, while still prioritizing your desired vision. floral&WHISK will never 100% replicate another design out of respect for the original cake artist and loyalty to our brand.

Damages

All orders are prepared and packaged with love and care, but floral&WHISK is not responsible for any damages to your order following pickup/delivery.

Pickup & Delivery

Customers will be notified via text message when their order is ready for pickup or is en route for delivery. In the event that no one is present for the delivery of the order, the customer will be responsible for pickup or your order will be considered cancelled.

Allergy Notice

All orders are prepared in an environment where there may be traces of milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts, gluten/wheat, fish, shellfish, or soy.

Privacy

floral&WHISK respects the privacy of all customers and does not distribute any personal information whatsoever. Personal information such as names, phone numbers, event details, etc. is strictly used for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
